12:31 Coffee began at home, where siblings Patricia and Vincent discovered the joy of creating good coffee for the people they love.
Patricia, now a lawyer, has been passionate about coffee since college and has continued to explore better coffee ever since. Vincent, an HRM graduate and the barista behind every recipe, has dedicated himself to understanding the craft and creating drinks that people can genuinely enjoy.
What started as simple coffee moments at home grew into a shared dream: to bring better-quality coffee to their hometown and make every celebration feel a little more thoughtful, personal, and memorable.
Today, 12:31 Coffee carries that dream into every event. Each cup is prepared with the same care that started it all. For Patricia and Vincent, good coffee is more than a drink—it is a way to bring people together and celebrate the moments that matter.
